The tropical paradise of Tioman Island is located off the east coast of Peninsula Malaysia. Voted one of the 10 most beautiful islands in the world, Tioman would please even the weariest of travellers. It is an island that presents the best of what the sea and land has to offer.

While Tioman may be adored the world over for its white sandy beaches, emerald green waters and colourful corals, there is more of it to love as you venture off the beaten track and into its virgin jungles and conquer its majestic granite peaks. Although the island is known more for its beautiful marine life and magnificent dive spots, it is now making a name for itself as the perfect destination for the action-oriented visitor.


Best Time to Travel : Between April and October. Some resorts are closed during the North-east Monsoon, which blows from November to March. Equatorial climate with uniform temperatures throughout the year. Temperatures range from 22oC in the early morning to 34oC at noon. Rainfall is common throughout the year, averaging 200-250 cm per year. The period from November to early March are the wetter months.
